ArtGalleryAlex will place your works in the web site free of charge. For this purpose, you may send the following materials to our electronic mail address: info@artgalleryalex.com .

 1. Pictures of works in files of JPEG format. Each file name should include the title of relevant work.

2. Individual text summary in document file of Word format with specification of:

  • title of work;

  • year;

  • technique of performance;

  • dimensions in cm; and

  • price. (*)

 3. Each work may (if desired by the author) contain a reference to be placed in the web site under the given exhibit.

 4. Please also provide your contact information to be filled in our address book (your full name, date of birth, telephone numbers, electronic mail addresses, and other contacts).

 5. For production of your personal page, please provide your photo and biography.

 A biography should contain the following information:

  • full name;

  • date and place of birth;

  • age of your beginning interest in art;

  • place and technique of studies;

  • supervisor teaching in skills of art;

  • technique (if any) of self-education;

  • preferable technique; and

  • time and place art exhibitions if any.

(*) For photos, it will be sufficient to specify title and year of taking. If you are a photographer, please also specify your technique (film, digital, etc.) in your letter. Moreover, please draft your price list of works to be made by order.

 

We do not provide competitive selection of works. The only criterion of our selection is the quality of art.

 

 

We are also inviting you to become a direct member of our Art Team.

 

We are inviting artists to work at our studio in Spain, in particular:

  • provision of art workshop;

  • provision of working materials: brushes, paints, canvas, paper, easels, and other accessories;

  • direct participation in exhibitions held in Spain and other countries of Europe;

  • sale and exhibition of paintings by the Gallery;

  • joint plain air trips;

  • preparation of catalogues and printed products;

  • decoration of your works at the studio, i. e., pre-sale preparation; and

  • designing decoration of your works in accordance with the recent trends of fashion.

 Conditions of work:

 With respect to the artist's working experience at our studio, the certain number of works to selected by our Gallery on the own discretion from the total number of works performed for the certain period of time will be transferred into the ownership of our Gallery, while the remaining works will be owned by the author.

 Therefore, an artist will grant to our Gallery four paintings for two weeks of work or six paintings for one month. Note that these paintings will be selected by our Gallery from the total number of works performed.

 Our direct condition is that no copies may be made from the paintings to be transferred into the ownership of our Gallery. This condition will not cover any paintings owned by any artist.

 If desired by the artist, he / she may place the own paintings at the Studio under contract for the purposes of exhibitions to be arranged, printed products to be prepared, or designing decoration and exhibition to be provided by our Gallery. If any paintings are sold after your departure, we undertake to transfer money under contract to your account, if any, or to pay in cash. Any payment will be provided in euros.

Our Gallery will undertake the full responsibility for any paintings placed therein.

If the given paintings are exhibited, their designing decoration will be provided by our Gallery.

 

Conditions of arrival to work:

 Everything will depend upon the artist's own wish. In our part, we can pay the tickets and provisional accommodation (on the account of the future paintings in excess of the aforementioned ones). We are directly inviting you to work at our Studio; all other conditions will be agreed individually with each artist upon conclusion of our agreement.
